Weekly rental rates include tax and housekeeping.
Rates are subject to change. Holidays may have higher rates at the owner's discretion.
*Daily rates are available OFF SEASON only and require a 3 night minimum stay!
Daily rates, when available, will have additional fees for tax (7%) and housekeeping ($100)
50% of the rental rate is required to reserve your stay.
Pets are allowed at Dogwood Cottage at the owner's discretion with prior approval and a variable non-refundable pet fee. See rental agreement.
A damage deposit of $200 is required with your reservation. This deposit is refundable and will not be applied to the balance of the rental rate.
